At CHRR, we believe in transparency from the start. That’s why we charge a one-time, upfront fee of $75 for in-person estimates. If you choose to move forward with the project, this amount is credited toward your final invoice — no extra cost to you.
Why Not “Free” Estimates?
Many companies advertise “free” estimates — but the truth is, they’re rarely free. The cost of time, travel, and overhead doesn’t disappear; it’s often buried in the final price of the project. That means customers who say “yes” are unknowingly covering the cost for those who said “no.”
We don’t think that’s fair.
At CHRR, we keep our pricing honest and direct. By charging a small fee for in-person estimates, we’re able to maintain the quality and integrity of our work without inflating costs for loyal customers.

Do we Use Subcontractors?
No. We handle our work directly to maintain consistent quality and communication throughout your project.
What discounts do you offer?
CHRR offers a cash and check discount of 3%. We also offer 5% off for customers that leave a review at the end of the project.
Do you specialize in wood rot repair in Cincinnati?
Yes. We handle soffit, fascia, deck, door, window, and structural wood rot repair throughout Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
Can you fix wood rot without replacing everything?
In many cases, yes. We repair only the damaged areas when possible, but we always address the source of the problem to prevent it from coming back.
