Our Streamlined Process
Call, email, submit a form or visit our showroom/office to talk to us about your project. If you come into the showroom you can pick out what flooring you would like us to install. If you would rather not come into the showroom, or have a project other than flooring, our project manager will conduct an in-person estimate at the project site.
During the in-person estimate, a project manager will come to the project site to meet with you. The project manager will measure the project site and go over important details with you.
Once you receive the estimate from the project manager and accept it, we immediately order the material for your project. We will give you an estimated time on when material will come in. Once the materials are in we put your project on the schedule, notifying you of the projected start date.
100% project satisfaction is what we aim for. We don’t leave until you are completely satisfied. Thats why we go beyond other home improvement companies with our 6-month workmanship warranty.
Once your first project with us is complete, any project you have us do after you will receive 5% off. We do this as a token of appreciation to all of our repeat customers.
